In Elorus, you can save some extra time, by copying documents that may relate to the same contact or contain the same products.
Go to the “Bills", “Invoices” or “Estimates” for purchases, sales documents or estimates and check the boxes of the records to be copied from the list. Then, click on the "Actions" button and click on the "Copy selected" button.
The system will immediately create copies in draft state, which you can then edit as you wish, and proceed with their issuance.
If there are transactions (purchases/sales) that take place at regular intervals, instead of making copies, we recommend creating recurring documents.
