When you have devoted working hours to a project, on a particular day, it is rather easy to create an individual time entry. Chances are, however, that you are working on one or more projects throughout your week and you are looking to register for your team.

Elorus gives you the option to enter the time spent on each project daily, weekly, even in a span of weeks. The Timesheet view makes it easy, as you can register hours spent on projects by the end of each week.

To navigate on the view, click "Time" on the main menu and then select "Timesheet".

Your name will appear above the date ranges, on the right side. If you are a team manager, you will be able to view the rest of your team, as well- simply click on the arrow next to the name that is currently appearing.

The first thing to do would be to navigate to a specific week. You can either select a day on the calendar or click on the week you wish to view/make changes on. On the example,  Oct 7- Oct 13 is the selected date range. 

There is currently one project that appears to have time entries, on behalf of the user Angelica Cole. The project has been invoiced-the hours cannot be changed as they have been considered part of an already invoiced project and they appear in a grey box.

To add another project you have worked on this week, click "+Add row". A tab similar tο the one below will open. There, you select the project and task. If you wish, you can accompany with a description.

If the project or task you have worked is not one of the available ones, you can "+Add new" on the spot. 

When you click 'save' , another project line will appear with a time field per day. Below each day, the total amount of hours spent appears. 

You can carry on adding your projects and tasks until all time fields appear. If you notice an error, you can edit (pencil) or delete (bin) the project line. You can then start by adding time spent on each project every day. Or, if you prefer, go to Monday, type how your working day was distributed in projects and do this for the rest of the days of the week.

In the end of each row, the total of hours spent per project appears. On the top of each column the total of each day appears. 

The time registered in the timesheet act as any other time entry. This means that they can be billed as part of projects as well appearing in related reports-so you can keep track of your team's progress.
