Online payments via Razorpay

In order to accept online payments via Razorpay for your issued documents, you need to have a Razorpay account first. In case you want to create a new account, visit www.razorpay.com and follow the registration instructions.

Important: Razorpay is a payment gateway intended for use by India-based companies only, and processes payments exclusively in Rupees.

In case you already have a Razorpay account, its integration with Elorus is quite simple. From the main menu select “Settings-> Payment gateways”. Then click “Add”and from the list of options select Razorpay.

The first step to establish a new payment gateway is to determine its title. The title will be visible to your customers upon making an online payment. Make sure that the gateway is “Active” and if you want Razorpay to be an available option in your new commercial documents, activate the “default” field.

Regarding Razorpay, the information you must provide to Elorus is:

• the Merchant ID: You can find out your merchant ID in your Razorpay account, under the "My Account-> Profile" section.

• the Key ID: You can find out your key ID in your Razorpay account, under the "Settings-> API Keys" section.

• the Key secret: You can find out your key secret in your Razorpay account, under the "Settings->API Keys" section.
